Since Henan Province is a major grain-growing province and has a strong demand for high-quality compound fertilizers, the production line adopts a 24-hour continuous production process, but at the same time, Tongli has also fully considered flexibility, and the production line can quickly switch formulas.
- The particles are full and transparent: The high tower compound fertilizer production line can produce particles with a uniform particle size of 2-4mm through the spray granulation process. The particles produced have good compressive strength and are not easy to break, which is suitable for long-distance transportation and storage. At the same time, the particles produced by the high tower are 100% water-soluble and have no residue. Adding potassium humate has a good effect.
- High degree of automation: The entire production line is as automatic as possible. The feeding area is also equipped with an electric hoist. The entire high-tower line adopts DCS centralized control, which can monitor the material status in real time. In terms of packaging, fully automatic bagging machines, sewing machines, folding machines, and palletizing machines are used, which truly realizes fully automatic packaging.
