Steel Casting
In the steel casting process, we use advanced three-phase electric grid to control the pouring temperature and cooling arc furnace melting technology and alkaline phenolic resin sand molding technology. Through strict process and state-of-art MAGMA casting simulation, we can produce high-strength, wear-resistant and high-quality steel castings, and control the composition of steel castings through spectrometers and crystal phase analyzers imported from Germany.

Sheet Welding
First of all, laser cutting is used to ensure the accuracy of sheet cutting. Secondly, the sheet welding process combines automated welding equipment and experienced welders to ensure the strength and beauty of each weld. Strictly control the temperature and humidity of welding materials, and strictly control the current and speed during welding.

Machining
We have world-class advanced German CNC machine tools and high-precision processing equipment, which can perform precision machining of complex parts. By adopting efficient cutting technology and fine processing technology, we ensure that the dimensional accuracy and surface quality of each part meet the strict requirements of customers.

Heat treatment
Our heat treatment process changes the internal structure of the metal and improves its hardness and toughness by precisely controlling the heating and cooling rates. We have advanced heat treatment equipment and a complete quality control system to fully release stress to ensure excellent mechanical properties and long service life.

Inspection
After each process, we conduct strict quality inspection. Using advanced testing instruments and scientific testing methods PT, UT, MT, we conduct comprehensive inspections on the product's size, shape, performance and other indicators to ensure that the product quality meets or even exceeds customer expectations.

Assembly
Our assembly process is strictly carried out in accordance with standardized procedures to ensure the correct installation and tight fit of each part. Through multiple trial installations and adjustments, we ensure the overall performance and work efficiency of the product and maximize the reliability and stability of the product.

Sandblasting
In the sandblasting process, we use efficient sandblasting equipment to remove the oxide scale and impurities on the surface of the parts, increase the surface roughness, and lay a solid foundation for the subsequent painting process.

Painting
The static pressure adsorption paint room ensures that the product has good anti-corrosion performance and beautiful appearance through multi-layer spraying and fine surface treatment.

Packaging
In the packaging link, we use professional packaging materials and technologies to ensure the safety and integrity of the product during transportation. Through strict packaging inspection and optimized packaging design, we effectively reduce the risk of transportation damage and ensure that the products are delivered to customers intact.

Pre-Design-Consultancy
Our first step is to determine the specific needs of the user. We will issue a questionnaire containing project-specific information, such as the customer's required production scale, industry, target level (such as a modern factory/local emission standard), product fineness requirements (such as cement production line, compound fertilizer factory), and raw material composition report.

Tailored Proposal
We will arrange Zoom meetings and questionnaires to gain an in-depth understanding of customer needs, and our top design team will conduct technical exchanges to ensure that every detail is accurate. Ultimately, we will provide customers with 100% original customized solutions that accurately meet their personalized requirements.

step three
Process Control
After the contract is signed, we will provide a full set of drawings, including civil engineering and equipment drawings, within one month. The production cycle is about three to four months, depending on customer needs. Throughout the process, we will maintain real-time communication with customers, and provide detailed production progress reports, quality inspection reports, and flaw detection reports, to ensure smooth progress and high-quality delivery of the project.

Logistic
We will professionally package and paint the equipment, the color and logo can be customized according to customer design, including large gears, tires, and roller equipment. We also mark clear lifting symbols on the equipment to ensure safety during transportation. Our packaging strictly follows the shipping standards and fully considers various situations during transportation. For the valuable motors and electronic control parts, we use wooden boxes and waterproof packaging to ensure that the equipment is not damaged during sea transportation.

Installation Guide
we will arrange experienced overseas installation service engineers in advance to provide installation and commissioning guidance. For small projects, we usually send 7 to 10 people, and for large projects, we send 30 to 40 people. Our installation engineers have rich experience and have participated in more than 30 projects. They can effectively solve various installation problems that may be encountered on-site.

Warrenty
We accompany our projects from the greenfield site through to performance testing and training of operating personnel, but also offer technical support after the projects have been implemented. This means that our plants and machines are not only built under the supervision of our TONGLI experts but are also inspected after commissioning to ensure that your machines are working properly.
