What are the main equipment in this 2500 tpd cement production line?

  • Vertical Roller Mill(VRM): This production line uses the ZJTL2240 model vertical mill as the grinding equipment for the raw limestone. Tongli's vertical mill equipment has outstanding performance in the cement industry, especially in grinding capacity and energy consumption control. Our vertical mill adopts the latest dynamic powder selection technology, which can achieve accurate material sorting and reduce over-grinding. The diameter of the vertical mill is Φ2.2m, and the energy consumption is only 28kWh per ton of electricity, which has a significant energy-saving effect compared with traditional mills.
  • Rotary Kiln: Tongli's Φ4.8x72m rotary kiln plays a core role in the 2500tpd cement clinker calcining process. Our rotary kiln adopts advanced combustion system and temperature control technology to ensure uniform heating and sufficient calcination of raw materials in the kiln. The rotary kiln is equipped with a variety of combustion systems, including coal powder, natural gas and other fuels, and has a high degree of fuel adaptability.
  • Ball Mill: The calcined materials are used in the grinding process of cement clinker using Tongli's ball mill. Our ball mill has the advantages of high efficiency and low consumption. It adopts optimized lining plate design and efficient classification system, which can significantly improve the grinding efficiency. The ball mill model in this project is Φ4.2m×13m ball mill, with large processing capacity and stable working performance.

What is the process flow of this 2500 tpd cement factory?

  • Crushing and pre-homogenization: The project uses a two-stage crushing system to crush raw materials such as limestone and clay to ensure that the material particles reach the ideal size. Through the pre-homogenization yard, the materials are homogenized before entering the raw mill, which improves the grinding efficiency of the raw mill.
  • Grinding and batching: After pre-homogenization, the materials enter the vertical mill for grinding. The ground raw materials are sent to the homogenization warehouse for mixing and batching to ensure the stability of the raw material composition.
  • Clinker calcination: The raw materials are calcined at high temperature in the rotary kiln to produce clinker. The optimized design of the rotary kiln makes the calcination process more efficient and reduces heat energy loss. The combination of the kiln tail preheater and the decomposition furnace further improves the heat exchange efficiency.
  • Grinding and packaging: After cooling, the clinker is mixed with gypsum, slag and other materials in proportion and enters the ball mill for cement grinding. Finally, the finished cement is packaged by the packaging line and sent to the market.
